An affordable housing lottery has opened for 299 apartments in a long-in-the-works tower in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The lottery is open to households earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income (AMI). There are seven studio apartments available, with monthly rents ranging from $834 to $1,067. There are also 22 one-bedroom apartments available, with monthly rents ranging from $1,126 to $1,407.

The building, located at 1210 Fulton Street, is part of a larger mixed-use development that includes retail space and a community center. The building features a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, a roof deck, and a laundry room. The project is expected to be completed in 2023.
