Banchero, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2022 NBA draft, has quickly emerged as one of the league's most promising young players. He averaged 20.0 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game in his rookie season. Bridges, a two-time All-Defensive Team selection, is known for his perimeter defense and three-point shooting.
Team USA is currently the favorite to win the tournament, according to DraftKings. The team is in Group C with Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Serbia. The United States will begin its tournament play on August 25 against Mexico.
